Bradfield Secondary School is seeking a motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our SEND Department. The role supports pupils with a range of SEND, works with teachers in lessons, and delivers targeted interventions to develop academic, social, communication and emotional regulation skills.
We offer bespoke CPD, supportive leadership and collaborative teamwork, with a Grade 5 Scale Point 15-20 pro rata and 35 or 37 hours per week across 39 weeks per year.

We are an inclusive school who always work hard to make our practice as good as it possibly can be for all the pupils. This role is to work as part of a team of Teaching Assistants, and alongside subject teachers. The role involves delivering interventions to develop academic, social communication and emotional regulation skills.
The children with whom you would be working will have a range of SEND. You will be required to understand and support children facing these barriers.
