Job summary

Hayes School is seeking a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) on a permanent contract. The role is 32.5 hours per week across 39 weeks a year, with a salary range of £21,081 to £23,122 (FTE £27,261 to £29,900).

The HLTA will cover classes, support pupils, lead groups, and contribute to the school’s nurturing, achievement-driven environment. The successful candidate will have experience in education, a desire to develop professionally, and strong communication skills, working collaboratively
