Iwade School in the United Kingdom is seeking an HLTA to cover PPA and management release time across a range of classes. This permanent, part-time role is 19 hours per week (8:30 am to 3:30 pm on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday) with one hour after-school meeting weekly, for 39 weeks per year.

The HLTA will support the learning environment and the delivery of lessons from plans set by teachers, motivate pupils, and differentiate to meet varying needs across year groups.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at grade C or equivalent.
• HLTA qualification or equivalent is advantageous.
• Experience covering teachers' PPA and time release needs.
• Ability to differentiate and adapt learning across classes.

Responsabilités

• Cover teachers' PPA and management release time across a range of classes.
• Provide sickness cover and planned training release time.
• Support the learning environment and delivery of lessons set by teachers.
