You will own day-to-day operations, people, guest satisfaction, and financial performance, working closely with the Marriott network to deliver the Moxy brand's distinctive energy.

This hands-on role requires energy, visible leadership, and a passion for developing a high-performing team in Manchester.

Qualifications

• Experienced General Manager or senior deputy capable of leading a lifestyle hotel.
• Minimum 2 years in a senior hotel leadership position.
• Experience with Marriott or international brands preferred.
• Strong commercial awareness with proven P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Lead all hotel operations with a focus on guest service and performance.
• Own the financial performance including budgeting and forecasting.
• Drive commercial performance through sales, revenue and marketing.
• Inspire and develop a high-performing, guest-focused team.
• Maintain brand standards and safety compliance.
• Identify opportunities to grow market share in Manchester.
