Pertemps North Midlands is seeking a General Administrator for a day role at a large distribution centre near Rayneways in Derby. This full-time temporary contract pays £12.71 per hour, with shifts of eight hours between 6am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, totalling 37.5 hours per week.

The role involves handling customer calls, directing enquiries, escalating issues and helping to implement recovery plans, working alongside other admin colleagues.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a fast paced customer service operation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communicator across email, phone and in person.

Responsibilities

• Answering telephone calls from customers and directing them to the correct department.
• Escalate critical operational issues and implement recovery plans.
