Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an Early Years Practitioner (EYFS) for a mainstream primary school in the Borough of Camden. The role is full-time and long-term, working across Nursery and Reception (2-4 years old) to support phonics, early reading and overall development.

You will join a nurturing, inclusive EYFS environment, collaborating with teachers and a large team. Term-time only, ASAP start, 95–110 GBP per day depending on experience and hours worked.

Qualifications

• CACHE Level 3 qualification or higher in Early Years, Childcare or a related subject.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development.
• Previous EYFS setting experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Work across Nursery and Reception (2-4 years old).
• Support phonics, early reading, writing and communication activities.
• Provide support to children with mild SEN.
• Deliver the EYFS curriculum to a high standard.
• Support children's social, emotional and educational development.
• Collaborate with teachers and the Early Years team to provide consistent support.
• Encourage learning through play and child-led activities.
