Job summary

EdEx – Education Recruitment is seeking a Nursery / Reception (EYFS / Early Years) Teaching Assistant for a primary school in the Borough of Barnet. The role is full-time and long-term for the academic year, with an ASAP start.

You will assist across Nursery and Reception (ages 3-4), support phonics, reading and writing sessions, and help pupils with mild SEN. The school offers strong CPD and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Level 2/3 Health & Social Care qualification required.
• Degree from a reputable university.
• Good understanding of the EYFS curriculum.

• Able to work in a large team.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out Phonics, Spelling, Reading & Writing sessions.
