Job summary

Ticketmaster UK is seeking an Event Programmer to join the Event Programming team in London, Manchester or Glasgow. You will set up new events and special offers, using bespoke Ticketmaster software and other applications. This fast-paced role requires accuracy, adaptability and strong teamwork.

You will liaise with Client Account Managers and venues to ensure events are prepared for sale, while managing your workload and meeting deadlines in a high-pressure environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data handling.
• Experience with data-driven environments requiring high accuracy.
• Fast learner of new software and systems.

Responsibilities

• Utilise bespoke ticketing software to program a variety of ticketing work requests.
• Prepare, create, check and maintain simple to medium complexity events and offers.
• Work on set ups for small/medium system venues.
• Liaise with internal departments and external clients to ensure events meet client needs.
• Collaborate with the Event Programming team to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Analyse workload with strong attention to detail and follow checking procedures.
• Become conversant with Event Programming processes and Ticketmaster software.
• Provide tiered support to other departments at on-sale.
• Anticipate problems and plan contingencies.
