Job summary

Protocol Education is seeking a Primary Early Career Teacher (ECT) for daily supply in Leeds. This is a flexible, supportive opportunity designed to help you gain classroom experience across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 with competitive daily rates.

Starting September 2026, you will deliver pre-planned lessons, adapt to varied school settings, manage behaviour, and build relationships with staff and pupils while broadening your experience and confidence.

Qualifications

• Holds or is working towards QTS.
• Evidence of a positive, adaptable and proactive approach.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and pupil welfare.
• Experience delivering pre-planned lessons across EYFS/KS1/KS2.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
• Adapt quickly to different classroom environments and school settings.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and positively.
• Build professional relationships with staff and pupils across schools.
