Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd. is seeking Early Career Teachers (ECT) to work on a part-time basis across welcoming primary schools in Leeds. Flexible 2–4 days per week with 8:15am-3:30pm hours, delivering engaging lessons and supporting pupils’ development.

You should hold or be working towards QTS and be an ECT or recently qualified teacher with a solid understanding of the Primary National Curriculum. DBS support and dedicated consultant guidance are provided.

Qualifications

• Hold or be working towards Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Be an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or recently qualified.
• Have a good understanding of the Primary National Curriculum.
• Be committed to safeguarding and child welfare.
• Demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
• Implement the National Curriculum effectively.
• Assess and monitor pupil progress.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support learning.
