Job summary

Aspire People is seeking Early Career Teachers (ECT) for primary supply roles across Manchester starting November 2026. You will rotate through Infant, Junior, and Primary settings, gaining experience across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 while building confidence and teaching adaptability.

Ideal candidates hold QTS and are eager to learn, with a flexible, nurturing approach and strong classroom management. Daily pay ranges from £140 to £155 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• QTS is required to teach in primary settings.
• Passion for primary education and willingness to learn.
• Flexible, proactive and nurturing teaching approach.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• DBS on Update Service or willingness to apply.

Responsibilities

• Teach across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 on supply assignments.
• Work with Aspire People consultant to plan, reflect and develop.
• Gain experience across a range of school settings.
• Access high-quality CPD and professional development.
