Job summary

Academics is partnering with a range of primary schools in Stafford and Stone to provide supply opportunities for Early Career Teachers (ECTs). You may work on day-to-day assignments or short/long-term placements, with CPD and career-building support from a dedicated consultant.

Daily rates depend on experience and the client rate in any given school. This role offers flexibility to choose where and when you work, helping you build your teaching portfolio and reputation in the local area.

Qualifications

• Ability to adapt teaching to different environments and classrooms.
• Good behaviour management skills and classroom control.
• Energetic and dedicated with drive and enthusiasm to support pupil progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular teaching across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
• Take on daily, short-term and long-term placements as required by schools in Stafford and Stone.
• Work with a dedicated consultant; participate in safeguarding processes and relevant DBS checks to support safe recruitment.
