Job summary

Staffline is seeking a Recruitment Account Manager for its Driving & Logistics team in Doncaster. The role is office-based with regular client site visits, offering flexible working opportunities for the right candidate.

You will manage key driving and logistics accounts, coordinate driver onboarding, and ensure high compliance and service levels. Regular travel to customer sites is essential to build partnerships and maintain a strong workforce.

We are looking for a Recruitment Account Manager to join our team within the Driving Division in Doncaster

- Based in Ten Pound Walk, Doncaster

- Monday to Friday / 08:30 - 17:00 - Flexible working opportunities for the right candidate

You'll be based in our Doncaster office on Ten Pound Walk, with regular travel to customer sites to build strong working partnerships and maintain a visible presence with both clients and our driver workforce.

Your Time at Work

As a Recruitment Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing key driving and logistics accounts, ensuring driver requirements are fulfilled, compliance standards are met, and service levels remain exceptional.

This is a varied role that combines recruitment, account management, payroll, administration, problem-solving, customer service, and sales.

What you'll be doing:

Recruiting and onboarding HGV and logistics professionals

Building and maintaining excellent relationships with customers and drivers

Managing daily and weekly driver rotas and shift planning

Ensuring compliance standards are maintained at 100% at all times

Conducting driver registrations, checks and right-to-work verification

Proactively sourcing candidates through outbound recruitment calls and candidate attraction activities

Handling worker queries, investigations, complaints, disciplinaries, and welfare conversations

Managing payroll administration and attendance records

Working closely with customers to understand their workforce requirements and future planning

Visiting client sites regularly to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities

Resolving operational issues quickly and effectively

Producing reports and maintaining accurate administrative records

Supporting business growth through excellent service delivery and relationship management

You'll be someone who enjoys developing relationships, works well under pressure, and genuinely loves interacting with people.

Ideally, you'll have:

Previous recruitment experience, ideally within Driving, Logistics, Industrial, or Onsite Recruitment

Experience in a sales, account management, customer service, or branch recruitment environment

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

A confident and professional approach when dealing with customers and candidates

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment

Confidence handling difficult conversations and resolving issues

A proactive attitude with a willingness to get stuck in and support the wider team

A full UK driving licence and access to transport for client visits
