Mad Swans in the Mendips seeks a Deputy Golf Course and Landscape Manager to lead a small team and oversee the wider landscape projects. The role is active, outdoor, and requires hands-on leadership from 6:00 am with varied hours across a 42-hour week.

You will manage the Agronomy & Robotics Team, maintain the course to a high standard, and use Rainbird/POGO data to guide decisions. Be prepared for weekend work and a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Experience in a managerial role in golf course maintenance.
• Able to lead a team and manage wider estate and outdoor operations.
• Hands-on with day-to-day duties and operation.
• Focus on health and safety and guest experience.
