Job summary

Royal Mail is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join as flexible (temporary) postal delivery drivers. You’ll deliver letters and parcels, combining driving and on-foot delivery across your route. Pass a driving assessment and adapt to varying shift patterns in a fast-paced community role.

This is a temporary position with shifts that suit an active, outdoors-loving person who takes pride in serving the community and delivering reliability every day.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with up to 6 points.
• Ability to walk long distances and carry a mailbag weighing up to 16kg.
• Willingness to work varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels as part of a Royal Mail round.
• Combine driving with foot delivery on your route.
• Follow Royal Mail standards and safety guidelines.
