Job summary

Castle Education is seeking Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Hull and East Yorkshire. No teaching qualification is required; you will deliver pre-set work and maintain a conducive learning environment.

You will supervise KS3/KS4 classes, manage behaviour, and provide feedback to teachers while following safeguarding procedures. Opportunities range from occasional days to regular weekly work and longer placements.

Qualifications

• Not required to be a qualified teacher.
• Deliver pre-planned work and create a positive learning environment.
• Confidence, adaptability and good people skills required.
