Job summary

Saltley Academy is seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to supervise pupils during short-term teacher absences and deliver pre-prepared work across KS3–KS5. You will work with teaching staff and pastoral teams to maintain a constructive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students during short-term teacher absence (KS3–KS5).
• Deliver pre-prepared work and ensure students stay on task.
• Support and liaise with teaching staff and pastoral teams.
• Assist with form tutoring and attendance of coursework.
