Qualifications

• Previous experience in a secondary school setting.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Confidence teaching across a range of subjects.
• Suitable for Cover Supervisors or experienced Teaching Assistants ready to step up.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-set lessons to classes across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Maintain classroom control and a positive learning atmosphere.
• Support students with their learning and behaviour.
• Follow school policies and procedures.
• Provide feedback to teaching staff after cover lessons.
