Protocol Education is seeking motivated and confident Cover Supervisors to join secondary schools across Chelmsford. The role offers flexibility with permanent and contract options, and the chance to work with KS3 and KS4 students.

You will support GCSE preparation where appropriate, build positive relationships, and contribute to a productive learning environment with competitive daily pay £110-£140 and PAYE options.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar classroom-based role.
• Strong behaviour and classroom management skills.
• Experience supporting KS3 & KS4 students.
• A positive, proactive, and adaptable approach to learning environments.
