Job summary

Punch Pubs & Co is seeking a Commercial Support Coordinator to join our Commercial team in Burton upon Trent. You will support distribution, manage supplier relationships across drinks and consumables, and help streamline processes to enable informed decision-making.

You’ll work closely with the Commercial Manager and other stakeholders, using Excel to produce reports, and stepping in to cover annual leave when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating administrative tasks within a commercial or supply chain context.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and keep accurate records.
• Comfort working with suppliers and internal stakeholders to meet timelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage distribution queries and support new product setup in the supply chain.
• Administer relationships with drinks and consumables suppliers, ensuring actions stay on track.
• Coordinate machine installations with the Machines team and support Technical Services during peak periods.
• Provide day-to-day admin support to Gaming team and set up new sites accurately.
• Produce gaming reports in Excel, identify data errors and action areas.
• Communicate changes to deliveries, machines and seasonal distributions with stakeholders.
