Job summary

Nancy’s Cocktail Bar in London Bridge is looking for bartenders with a confident and vibrant personality, a passion for great cocktails, and experience delivering high-quality drinks in a fast-paced environment. You’ll know our menu in depth and be able to explain ingredients and drink specs to guests.

This is a full-time role (35–45 hours per week) with pay at £20 per hour including service, and a collaborative team culture with floor, barback and management.

Qualifications

• Confident and vibrant person with a passion for cocktails.
• Experience delivering high-quality drinks in fast-paced venues.
• Knowledge of classic cocktails and Nancy's signature specs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Full-time hours 35–45 on Thursdays to Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails and drinks to a high standard in a fast-paced bar.
• Develop knowledge of Nancy’s cocktail menu and specs.
• Explain cocktails to guests and make recommendations.
• Understand ingredients and their contribution to drinks.
• Maintain knowledge of classic and signature drinks.
• Collaborate with barback, floor and management for smooth service.
• Follow instructions and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
• Deliver a polished, welcoming, energetic bar experience.
