Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day running of the venue and help ensure service is smooth, polished, and well paced
• Build strong knowledge of Nancy’s drinks programme and menu, and embed that knowledge across the team
• Develop clear and effective communication between the floor, host, and bar teams
• Help create and maintain the look, feel, and ambience of the room throughout service
• Help foster a collaborative, positive culture across the operation
