Job summary

Nancy's is London Bridge's premium cocktail destination, seeking a bartender with a passion for cocktails and guest-focused service. You will work with the host and bar teams to elevate the guest experience and help create a buzz on the floor.

We look for someone with busy-venue experience, strong section management and anticipatory service, plus excellent communication. Full-time, 35–45 hours per week, £20 per hour with base rate and tron, with potential for more during peak weeks.

Qualifications

• Confident and vibrant personality essential for guest interactions.
• Passion for cocktails and hospitality is required.
• Experience in busy venues is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Know the cocktail menu and describe drinks to guests.
• Explain ingredients and flavour profiles to guests.
• Own your section and anticipate guest needs for smooth service.
• Maintain composure during busy services and take service in stride.
• Communicate proactively with colleagues.
• Collaborate with host, bar and management to deliver a strong guest experience.
• Help create energy on the floor and contribute to venue atmosphere.
