Job summary

Nancy's is London Bridge's newest premium cocktail destination seeking a Barback to join a busy, vibrant team. You’ll help keep service flowing by restocking, cleaning glasses, and supporting colleagues as the venue stays lively into the night.

Ideal candidates are organised, reliable, and proactive, with a strong work ethic and an interest in hospitality. Thursday to Saturday nights, with shifts totaling 35–45 hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Restock the bar throughout service.

Having opened in June, Nancy's is going from strength to strength, and we're looking to expand our amazing team. We're looking for quality hospitality professionals who can help us elevate the guest experience and deliver the tailored service we want to achieve.

The Role

We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic who wants to be part of a team delivering exceptional drinks and service in a buzzy, exciting venue.

This role is ideal for someone who is organised, reliable and proactive, and who takes pride in supporting a busy bar team to keep service running smoothly. As a Barback, you will play an important part in the flow of the bar, helping maintain standards, supporting your colleagues during service, and contributing to the overall guest experience.

There will also be opportunities to develop within the role, including learning more about drinks and cocktails and taking on more guest interaction over time.

We're looking for people who'd like 3-4 shifts a week, with good availability from Thursday to Saturday nights, where we close to guests at 2am.

Main Responsibilities

• Restock the bar throughout service

• Support colleagues during busy periods by refilling ice, clearing glasses, and helping where needed
• Stay aware of the team around you and respond quickly to what service requires
• Help maintain a smooth and efficient service environment behind the bar
• Take pride in supporting the wider team and contributing to the overall atmosphere of the venue

What we offer

£18.00 per hour, with base rate and tronc, up to £21 on good weeks.
