Job summary

Nancy's is London Bridge's newest premium cocktail destination, offering landmark views and a late license. We’re expanding our team and seek bartenders who can elevate the guest experience with confident, vibrant service and a passion for great cocktails.

You will work closely with our host and bar teams to personalise service, manage a busy section, and create a buzz on the floor. Full-time availability Thursday to Saturday is expected.

Qualifications

• Confident & vibrant personality and hospitality mindset.
• Experience working in busy venues.
• Strong section management and anticipatory service skills.
• Good communication and teamwork required.

Responsibilities

• Know the cocktail menu in depth and confidently describe drinks to guests.
• Talk guests through ingredients and flavour profiles and techniques.
• Take ownership of your section and keep service smooth.
• Stay calm and take service in your stride during busy periods.
• Communicate with colleagues in a proactive way.
• Work with host, bar and management to deliver a strong guest experience.
• Help create energy on the floor and contribute to the atmosphere.
