Tim Hortons UK is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations at our Belfast location (BT5 5DL). The role pays £13.37 per hour with a performance bonus, on a 30-hour contract. We offer growth and leadership opportunities as you run the shift like your own.

What we need from you: experience running a busy shift in hospitality, energy on the floor, and a commitment to high standards of coffee, service and food. You'll be on the floor, guiding your team and ensuring smooth service.

Qualifications

• Experience: You have run a busy shift in a restaurant, coffee shop, QSR or worked in a business where you’ve managed a team of people.
• Energy: You don't hide in the office. You’re on the floor, leading your team from the front.
• Standards: You hate bad coffee, poor service and cold food as much as we do.
