Job summary

MarcDaniels is seeking an experienced Credit Controller for a 3-month contract in Basingstoke. The role blends ledger maintenance with proactive collections and customer liaison, on a hybrid basis.

You will handle B2B and B2C debt, perform credit checks, and use two bespoke accounting systems alongside MS Excel. The ideal candidate is team‑orientated and available on short notice.

• Collections focused role, maintaining a significant but very well maintained ledger
• Mix of key accounts and smaller companies, including B2B and B2C (consumer debt)
• Pro-actively resolving queries
• Performing credit checks where necessary and reviewing existing accounts
• Use of 2 bespoke accounting systems as well as MS Excel

• Suitable applicants will be available on a maximum of a weeks notice
• Shorter term contract can be considered if that suits you
