Job summary

Worth Recruiting - Property Industry Recruitment is seeking an organised and customer-focused Assistant Property Manager to join a busy independent estate agency in Canary Wharf, supporting the management of a residential lettings portfolio across the Docklands area.

You will work with an experienced Property Management team, handle day-to-day management tasks, coordinate maintenance, respond to landlord and tenant enquiries, and assist with tenancy renewals and compliance documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or lettings preferred.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willing to work towards ARLA qualification.

Responsibilities

• Support Property Managers with day-to-day management of a residential portfolio.
• Coordinate property maintenance, repairs and contractor appointments.
• Handle landlord and tenant enquiries and ensure timely responses.
• Assist with tenancy renewals, deposit administration and compliance docs.
• Arrange property inspections and follow up on required works.
• Maintain accurate property records and deliver excellent customer service.
