Job summary

Gardner Denver, part of Ingersoll Rand, is seeking an Aftermarket Service Coordinator in Bradford. You will be the central point coordinating between customers, mobile service engineers, and internal teams to plan service work and process orders from creation to invoicing.

Role requires strong administration, solid Excel and ERP experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This site-based position supports our aftermarket team across SAP-based workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong administration and organisational skills.

• Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.

• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage service and parts orders through SAP.
• Coordinate parts deliveries to engineers and customers.
• Process engineer service documentation, ensuring labour, materials, and follow-up actions are captured and invoiced.
• Monitor and manage Work in Progress (WIP) to support KPIs.
• Maintain service and maintenance records for KPI reporting.
• Check stock availability and support parts identification and quotations.
• Ensure information is maintained across SAP, FSL and other systems.
• Provide excellent customer service via telephone and email.
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues and deliver service.
• Support wider Aftermarket team initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Schedule services and coordinate engineers.
• Support preventative maintenance and service agreements.
