Job summary

Gardner Denver, part of Ingersoll Rand, seeks an Aftermarket Service Coordinator in Bradford, West Yorkshire. You will be the central link between customers, mobile service engineers, and internal teams, ensuring service work is planned, orders are processed, and invoicing completed smoothly.

Qualifications

• Strong administration and organisational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and Salesforce.
• Experience in service, engineering or aftermarket environments.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage service and parts orders through SAP.
• Coordinate parts deliveries to engineers and customers.
• Process engineer service documentation with accurate labour and materials.
• Monitor WIP and support KPI targets.
• Maintain service records for reporting.
• Check stock and support quotations.
• Ensure data is up to date across SAP and CRM systems.
• Provide customer service and technical support by phone and email.
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues.
• Support wider Aftermarket team activities and improvements.
• Schedule service and coordinate engineers.
• Support preventative maintenance and service agreements.
