You will lead group and individual activities, coordinate entertainment, and support residents’ well-being through social, creative, and reminiscence sessions.

The role involves organising outings, liaising with families and staff, and maintaining records and budgets.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and confident communicator.
• Ability to engage residents and run diverse activities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run a varied programme of group and individual activities.
• Coordinate external entertainers and activities outside the home.
• Organise trips and outings, ensuring resident safety and staff support.
• Keep records of activity budgets and equipment.
• Promote the home and activities on social media and in the local community.
