Exemplar Health Care’s Hylton Grange care home in Sunderland is hiring an Activities Coordinator for 30 hours per week with weekend availability. You will plan and lead meaningful activities to empower residents, nurture hobbies and social connections, and promote dignity and independence through person-centred approaches.

As part of a supportive team, you’ll organise individual plans, run group events, and help residents engage with their local community.
