• Strong understanding of customer requirements, order processing and production deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop key client accounts, building long-term relationships.
• Be the main contact for client enquiries and complaints.
• Process customer orders and create production work tickets.
• Check materials and ensure readiness before production.
• Chase order progress and coordinate with internal teams to meet deadlines.
• Prepare quotations with accuracy and timely responses.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing business.
• Support the Head of Sales in daily account management.
