Job summary

Computerworld Personnel Ltd in Paignton is seeking a 1st/2nd Line IT Support professional to join a growing technology team. The role is hands-on, spanning end-user support to maintaining core systems and infrastructure, with responsibilities across IT projects and improvements.

You'll provide timely technical assistance across the business, administer Microsoft 365 and devices, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to security practices to keep systems compliant.

Qualifications

• Experience in an IT Support or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
• Experience supporting users in a busy business environment.
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals.
• Experience with SQL is advantageous.
• Full UK Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line support to users across the organisation.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365, user accounts and endpoint devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking and system-related issues.
• Assist with the maintenance and improvement of business-critical systems and infrastructure.
• Support device deployment, configuration and lifecycle management.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver an excellent support experience.
• Maintain security best practices and help ensure systems remain compliant and up to date.
• Contribute to IT projects, upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.
