Job summary

Reed Specialist Recruitment is seeking a DV Cleared Service Architect to lead service design and governance within a highly secure programme. The role requires strong ITIL/ISO 20000 knowledge and extensive SIAM experience to ensure operationally sustainable solutions.

You will collaborate with Solution Architects, Security, Test, and Delivery teams to guarantee service stability, transition readiness, and compliant design across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Active DV Clearance required.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL, ISO 20000, and ITSM tooling.
• Experience with SIAM operating models.
• Understanding of PRINCE2, Agile, UML, and BPMN.
• Proven experience in service design, governance, and compliance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern service design activities across the project lifecycle.
• Review and assess HLDs, UML models, compliance statements, processes, and procedures.
• Author and maintain service design documentation.
• Conduct service impact assessments and define mitigations.
• Support service transition, service readiness, and operational acceptance activities.
• Design future operating models and governance frameworks.
• Work closely with Solution Architects, Security, Test, and Delivery teams to ensure service stability and supportability.
