Job summary

Tektora is seeking a DV-cleared Service Architect for a contract opportunity in the UK, working across legacy and new technologies. The role focuses on owning service design for live services and delivering end-to-end designs within a secure operating model.

It requires strong stakeholder engagement and experience in high-security environments. Based in Hampshire/Basingstoke, the position is office-based, on-site, and outside IR35, with a competitive rate open to discussion.

Qualifications

• Ownership of service design for complex or high-value live deliveries.
• Ability to write clear, concise technical service documentation.
• Experience delivering changes to work packages in response to user needs.
• Experience working in high security environments with DV clearance is required.
• Knowledge of end-to-end service design and operating models.

Responsibilities

• Own service design for complex or high-value live service deliveries.
• Deliver changes to work packages in response to evolving user requirements.
• Own work packages from design through prototyping, ensuring requirements are met.
• Develop detailed end-to-end service designs and operating models.
• Perform impact assessments of current operating and governance models.
• Identify test requirements to feed the overall test plan.
• Support end users with a customer-focused service in a multi-skilled agile team.
