Job summary

LA International is seeking a Senior Service Architect to lead service design across complex technology environments, ensuring ITIL and SIAM principles are embedded from design through transitions. The role requires collaboration with solution, engineering, security and test teams, with emphasis on service readiness and operational acceptance.

Candidates with active DV clearance are preferred; the post requires the ability to map requirements, assess impact across service designs and influence

Qualifications

• Own and author Service Design collateral including HLDs and BPMN models.
• Review Service Design documentation to ensure quality standards.
• Undertake Service Management impact assessments across designs.
• Map customer requirements and demonstrate compliance.
• Facilitate service readiness and operational acceptance.

Responsibilities

• Own and author Service Design collateral, including HLDs, BPMN models, processes, procedures and compliance statements.
• Review Service Design documentation produced by peers and ensure appropriate quality standards are maintained.
• Undertake Service Management impact assessments across service and technology designs.
• Map customer requirements and demonstrate compliance against agreed outcomes.
• Facilitate service readiness and operational acceptance activities.
• Perform Service Transition and Exit Management activities.
• Support through-life management of services and technologies.
• Identify and elevate service risks and issues to the domain lead.
• Influence solution design to improve service stability and efficiency.
• Contribute to wider disciplines including Test and Security.
