Job summary

Experis is seeking a DV Cleared Service Architect in Basingstoke to lead the design of end-to-end IT services, ensuring alignment with SLAs, KPIs and customer needs. You will develop transition, operational, and governance frameworks and collaborate with stakeholders to define pricing and support requirements.

This role requires strong experience in service architecture and management, ITIL/ISO20000/IT4IT knowledge, and the ability to lead virtual and co-located teams within tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in service architecture and management.
• Proven ability to develop and document comprehensive service designs and artefacts.
• Knowledge of ITIL, ISO20000, or IT4IT frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of end-to-end IT services, ensuring alignment with customer needs and contractual commitments (SLAs, KPIs).
• Develop detailed service models, including transition, operational, and governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define pricing, test requirements, and support needs.
• Oversee service artefacts, process design, and integration, facilitating smooth service readiness and transition.
• Manage RAID items, impact assessments, and early life support planning.
• Influence overall solution design to optimise service stability and efficiency.
• Work closely with solution owners and operational teams to ensure service quality.
