Job summary

Experis - ManpowerGroup seeks a DV Cleared Senior Service Architect to join a high-profile programme in Basingstoke onsite. The role focuses on defining and delivering service design artefacts that support operational acceptance and long-term service delivery.

You will work with stakeholders, project teams and technical architects to ensure scalable, compliant service solutions aligned with customer requirements, while managing risks and supporting through-life service management.

Qualifications

• Experience designing service management solutions in complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL, ITSM tools and service management best practices.
• Familiar with SIAM operating models and compliance considerations.
• Ability to map requirements and assess compliance with standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide service design direction based on customer requirements.
• Produce service design artefacts: HLDs, BPMN process models, compliance statements, and operational processes.
• Undertake Service Management impact assessments.
• Facilitate service readiness, transition, and exit activities.
• Support through-life management of services and technologies.
• Review peers' design collateral and escalate risks to the Domain Lead.
• Collaborate with Solution Owners and technical teams to influence design.
