Job summary

Searchability NS&D is seeking an experienced Security Engineer to design, implement and support secure systems within highly regulated environments. The role involves working with engineers and architects to enhance security tooling, manage privileged access, and maintain visibility across infrastructure.

Hybrid working with 3 days onsite in Farnborough and DV clearance is required. You will handle credential management, IAM, audit and compliance reporting, and contribute to incident response

Qualifications

• Experience deploying or managing security tools such as vulnerability scanners or endpoint detection platforms.
• Knowledge of identity and access management, directory services, or privileged access solutions.
• Understanding of MITRE ATT&CK framework.
• Experience working in secure or regulated environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work at a detailed technical level.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD, or Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and support secure systems in sensitive environments.
• Enhance security tooling and manage privileged access.
• Maintain visibility across infrastructure and monitor security.
• Handle credential management, network discovery and access governance.
• Produce audit and compliance reporting and troubleshoot complex infra issues.
