Job summary

Searchability in Farnborough, UK is seeking a Security Consultant to help maintain security and compliance across internal systems and infrastructure. The role involves working with engineering, infrastructure and DevSecOps teams to embed security throughout environments.

Active DV clearance is required. The position offers hybrid work, salary up to £70,000, and a benefits package including 25 days leave, private medical cover, pension contributions and a bonus scheme.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting cyber security risk assessments using NIST or ISO 27005.
• Experience producing security documentation, including risk assessments and policies.
• Experience with Azure, M365, Intune, JAMF, Windows, macOS or Kubernetes environments.
• Understanding of Agile, DevSecOps and CI/CD principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in secure, regulated or safety-critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain security and compliance of internal systems and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, DevSecOps and delivery teams.
• Develop security policies and documentation.
• Support secure system design and evidence collection for MOD requirements.
• Report cyber risks and compliance to senior stakeholders.
