Job summary

DXC Technology in Farnborough seeks a Security Architect with DV clearance to design and implement enterprise security architectures for defence and aerospace IT environments. You will lead security strategy, drive risk assessments, and ensure MOD and ISMS compliance while guiding security programme implementations.

The role requires deep expertise in security architecture, threat management, and secure cloud integration, with strong leadership and communication skills for executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• DV clearance or eligible to obtain DV clearance.
• 10+ years of UK-resident work history; security-focused track record.
• 12+ years in information security with 5+ years in architecture roles.
• Proven ability to design enterprise-scale security architectures for defence/aerospace/government programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead security strategy and architecture across network, data and endpoints.
• Architect defence-in-depth solutions and oversee architecture reviews.
• Drive threat-informed security risk assessments and incident response planning.
• Ensure compliance with MOD security requirements, ISMS standards and regulatory reporting.
• Engage customers and stakeholders, presenting security recommendations to executives.
