Job summary

Public Sector Resourcing, managed by AMS, is seeking a Solution Architect (Secure Communications) for a 12 month hybrid contract in Corsham. The role requires active DV clearance and focuses on secure, multi-domain military messaging systems aligned with MOD standards and NATO frameworks.

You will govern architecture, modernise legacy systems, and guide interoperability with CCEB and allied gateways, while maintaining OFFICIAL classification controls.

Qualifications

• Experience designing secure military communications or equivalent secure solutions.
• Strong knowledge of MOD standards (JSP604/453) and secure protocols (STANAGs).
• Ability to design and migrate legacy systems to IP networks and manage security boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain full technical design accountability for MMS target architecture.
• Develop high- and low-level designs for secure, multi-domain messaging across security domains.
• Ensure designs comply with MOD standards and NATO/Allied frameworks.
• Lead integration with CCEB/NATO gateways and onboard maritime endpoints.
• Engage stakeholders and provide independent technical advisory throughout updates.
