Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include experience in bespoke software delivery within an agile, client-facing consulting environment.
• Defence sector experience is essential (Active DV clearance).
• Experience across software development lifecycle from analysis to live operations.
• Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong ability to model as-is / to-be processes and translate into user stories.

Responsibilities

• Own the team backlog and ensure MVP delivery with quality and maturity.
• Lead agile ceremonies and run workshops with stakeholders to reach consensus.
• Coach and develop junior team members and contribute to wider capability.
• Engage with sales activities and proposals as part of delivery engagements.
