Job summary

Kainos in the United Kingdom seeks a Product Consultant to own the team's backlog maturity and drive MVP thinking from inception through to delivery. You will communicate the value of MVPs to your team, project stakeholders, and wider project teams.

You will lead agile ceremonies, plan workshops, engage with stakeholders to reach consensus, and actively participate in product capability initiatives. You will also coach and develop a small number of staff, focusing on performance management.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering bespoke software in an agile, client-facing environment.
• Defence sector experience and active DV clearance.
• Proven ability to manage backlog, write clear user stories, and guide MVP scope.
• Skilled facilitator of workshops with strong stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead backlog maturity and MVP-focused delivery from inception to release.
