Qualifications

• DV clearance is essential for the role.
• Experience designing and delivering IT infrastructure.
• Strong scripting skills for automation.
• Experience with mixed Windows/Linux environments and backups.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan and implement physical and virtual IT infrastructure solutions.
• Deliver infrastructure projects to meet customer requirements and timescales.
• Maintain and support existing IT infrastructure and deployed systems.
• Diagnose infrastructure faults and resolve issues efficiently.
• Monitor performance and perform backups, patching and upgrades.
• Prepare technical documentation for supported infrastructure.
• Record incidents and actions taken to resolve issues.
• Create scripts and automation tools to streamline tasks.
