Additional Resources Ltd. is seeking a Network Engineer to maintain and enhance our enterprise network infrastructure across a specialist technical environment. The role focuses on secure, high-performing IT services with DV clearance as a requirement.

You will support security measures, keep technical documentation current, and contribute to capacity planning, automation, and network design decisions. Travel to client sites or other company premises may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Network Engineer or similar role.
• DV clearance is essential.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs and DNS/DHCP.
• Experience supporting enterprise network environments.
• Familiarity with multiple vendors (Cisco/Juniper/Arista/HPE/Fortinet).
• Knowledge of network security best practices and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve enterprise network infrastructure.
• Support network security measures (firewalls, VPNs, access controls).
• Keep network diagrams, docs and procedures up to date.
• Contribute to capacity planning and network resilience.
• Support SDN and virtualised networking environments.
• Assist with automation and IaC when appropriate.
• Travel to company premises or other locations as required.
