Job summary

Tektora is seeking a DV cleared Exit / Change Manager in Hampshire to lead service exit, transition and change activities across secure MoD programmes. The role supports governance, stakeholder engagement and controlled handovers, with on-site or hybrid options depending on client requirements.

Candidates will have active DV clearance and proven experience in exit/change management within defence environments, plus ITIL knowledge and strong stakeholder skills.

Qualifications

• Active DV Clearance required.
• MoD or defence programme experience.
• Experience as Exit Manager, Change Manager or Service Transition Manager.
• Proven service exit experience.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of ITIL, change governance and service management processes.
• Comfortable working in secure environments.

Responsibilities

• Managing service exit and transition activity across secure programmes.
• Supporting change management processes within MoD environments.
• Coordinating stakeholders across client, supplier and internal teams.
• Ensuring service exit activity is delivered in line with governance and contractual requirements.
• Supporting risk, issue and dependency management.
• Producing and maintaining exit plans, change documentation and reporting.
• Working closely with technical, service and programme teams to ensure a controlled handover.
