Job summary

FryerMiles is seeking an experienced Exit Manager (DV Cleared) to join a major defence organisation on a contract basis in Hampshire. You will drive controlled, risk-free transitions, maintaining knowledge transfer and protecting commercial interests.

The role requires strong programme delivery skills, stakeholder engagement at senior levels, and the ability to coordinate between clients, suppliers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in exit management and service transition.
• Complex programme delivery background.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination between clients, internal teams and incoming suppliers.
• Design and deliver end-to-end exit and transition plans.
• Ensure exit activities are completed without disruption.
• Provide clear reporting and governance across exit activities.
• Support dispute avoidance and resolution where required.
