Job summary

Leidos in Farnborough seeks an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead the design and deployment of IT infrastructure and hardware-based systems within a UK MOD secure facility. You will coordinate multidisciplinary engineering delivery teams to deliver mission-critical capabilities from design through to installation, testing and service transition.

The role requires DV developed vetting, strong leadership, stakeholder management and delivery governance.

Qualifications

• Experience operating within UK MOD Above Secret or equivalent highly classified environments.
• Demonstrable experience leading IT infrastructure or systems integration programmes.
• Strong understanding of systems integration, infrastructure deployment and operational acceptance processes.
• Experience working with UK MOD customers and stakeholders.
• Experience supporting security accreditation and secure-by-design implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of hardware-based IT infrastructure and integrated system capabilities.
• Manage design, build, installation, integration, testing and acceptance activities.
• Direct multidisciplinary engineering teams including infrastructure, systems engineering, cyber security and service transition personnel.
• Ensure compliance with architecture, security accreditation and governance processes.
• Coordinate delivery with subcontractors, system vendors and third-party suppliers.
